Years 10 & 11 Curriculum

Throughout Years 10 and 11 (key stage 4) students will study a range of courses that will provide them with the basis for moving on to further study in our Sixth Form at Rivington and Blackrod, or further afield.

Our Key Stage 4 curriculum is designed to provide a broad and balanced education based on a mix of academic and vocational courses.

Our Main Curriculum is made up of GCSEs and BTECs.  Students have a vast range of courses to choose from and all study a core of English, Maths and Science.  This is to ensure that all students studying the Main Curriculum gain a broad and balanced curriculum based on a core of academic subject areas.
